After 15 years of marriage, the need to shave for appearance is gone. If I shave, it's only to boost my confidence to tackle a nefarious task like cooking Thanksgiving dinner or sewing for Christmas. It wasn't until my husband stopped cleaning our shared razor and my 5-year-old son compared my leg hair to a cat's that I started looking for my own razor. I am now fully committed to not shaving in November, December and January. Knowing this, it's easy to imagine that my quarterly shave usually requires a grass clipper or a lot of patience and multiple passes with a razor. joy is coming. I armed myself with some good shaving oil and got ready for a long date with a new razor. I was pleasantly surprised to see my glowing skin returning after one use. Better yet, a few swipes in the water and I'm back in business without having to fight with the razor to let go of my hair. It was such a pleasant experience, or should I say joyful experience, that I came back two days later and corrected my legs. This is the first time I've done this since the early dating period. Needless to say I highly recommend it.
