Worked great for my QC35 and fit like a charm. Easy install just make sure to clip the cushion in place. I opted out of using the new L R covers as my original was in good condition. As you can see the ear pads were smaller than the original ones both in thickness and in width of the cup but the comfort is near exactly the same. As far as the noise cancellation, it does the job, just not nearly as flawlessly as the original. You can hear certain sounds that used to be muted out by the headphones that now come through, but that being said it still does a good job. The Ear cups have held up great in the past month they hav been on (Pic1- the R ear cup is the original L is new, Pic2- was the original wear as tear, Pic3- the bottom cup is the original)
