The best thing about this service is that it's free for up to 500 recipients, but I wish there were more limits such as 1000 devices or 100K messages per month (or something like that). It's also important to know what kind of notification you want because some will be better than others in terms of reach/engagement rate. We needed an easy-to-use solution where our clients could send out real time updates when their products went on sale through social media channels without having to pay separately for each campaign we ran. This has really helped us save money! They've been great at solving any questions right away so far too which makes me feel super comfortable knowing my business needs have always gotten attention from them. Our customers love being able to receive pushes straight into Messenger allowing them to easily engage directly within the app - saving both time & effort compared to other messaging solutions. They're definitely worth checking out if you need help sending mass.
