This is an amazing product. I didn't have any connection problems. In fact, I had more trouble connecting AirPods to iPad than this keyboard. I charged it once and then I got it and I had it until Christmas (1 month). although I don't use it every day. I am very happy that I bought it. It's easy to use, comfortable to type on, and the backlight is pretty cool. Comes with a rubber dust cover which I'm happy to keep. You can take the keyboard out of the case and just use the case, like I often do. You can put your iPad on the coffee table and type on your lap at the same time. If you are one of those people. The only thing I don't like a bit is that the ribs that allow you to support your iPad aren't deep enough and the iPad slips and falls sometimes. But that's because I like to lie on the couch and place the iPad on an unstable surface. lol. But it stays propped up on my desk. The cover is flexible and you can easily fold it in either direction. Inside is a nice soft velvet material, outside looks like leather but clearly isn't. My Apple Pencil fits snugly in the pencil slot, but if you have a silicone sleeve on your pencil it won't fit unless you force it in like I do. I rarely use the camera on my iPad, but taking photos with the case on is a bit awkward. In any case I love it!
