Straight fit yes but bolt holes too big
Tried this on a 1995 Nissan 4WD SE V6 3L pickup. It fits between the existing exhaust pipes, but the bolt hole diameter was much larger, maybe 1.5 times larger than the bolts used to mount the original catalytic converter. The original also had threaded connections and this one didn't. This does not mean that there is no thread when screwing in the bolt.
