The product has been really useful in our organization for managing internal communications, knowledge sharing etc through different channels like email threads/chatrooms as well as document management system (Dropbox).The user interface could have more customization options to make it easyer to use by non technical users. Also I think there should be an option of making notifications mandatory so that we dont miss any important communication from colleagues which were missed while getting busy with other tasks or using mobile devices. We used this tool at my previous job but had no issues then either since its free version was sufficient enough till now also when i tried their premium features they didnt work properly due to some errors.
