Review on 🔍 Acer Chromebook 514 CB514-1HT-C6EV: 14" Full HD Touch, 4GB LPDDR4, 64GB eMMC, Backlit Keyboard by Chris Fisher

I've only had this Acer Chromebook 2 days (it's my first Chromebook) but it took maybe 4 minutes to set up. So far I think it suits my needs, checking email and surfing the web and of course ordering from Revain. This is a more expensive Chromebook, but I wanted a backlit keyboard. I still have Windows 7 on my Dell Inspiron, support ends in January 2020. I'm fed up with Windows, its lousy updates, etc. I've decided that the cost of a Chromebook is at least half the cost of a new laptop, I'd give it a shot. Google Cloud Print after researching it can be tricky to set up, but I don't really use the printer much so I'll see if I can get by without it. After using the Acer 514 Chromebook for a few months, it will be updated. Update: A month with an Acer 514. I'm very happy with this Chromebook. It's fast and the battery life is between 11.5 and 12 hours. The Gorilla Glass trackpad is responsive and fluid. I like the "Night Light Mode" that I set up automatically, it really reduces glare and eye strain at night. It took a little getting used to the Chrome OS system; But I will never go back to Windows. The touchscreen is also smooth. In general, I'm perfectly happy with my first Chromebook. You have not yet invested in a Cloud Print compatible printer. But I really don't have to type that often. 1/2021 I still love my Chromebook. There were absolutely no problems. Supports all my needs
