Soft and fluffy in my opinion.
I love how soft and fluffy they are. You can use them as a neck warmer or as a headband. Soft and not scratchy which is a big plus as my child doesn't mind it. Highly Recommended
- This scarf is warm and practical for the little ones.
- May not provide enough warmth for extreme weather conditions
