Robotic Process Automation is great tool if used wisely
The best part about this product was that it helped us to save our time by automating repetitive tasks. It also saved money for us as well, since we were able to reduce human errors in data entry process. I dislike its UI/UX interface which requires some learning curve before using it effectively. If you have basic knowledge about RPA then definitely go ahead with it. You will realize how beneficial it can be for your organization. As mentioned above, automation saves time. This reduces the error rate in data entry process.

- Can easily learn even without prior tech background.
- Easey integration into many applications such CRM etc., hence good adoption potential among employees too
Cons
- Highly technical & expensive solution compared other options available; cost is prohibitive
