The phone falls out of the case too easily.

I bought this for our WDW trip. I got a lot of compliments on it and it was great to always have my phone on hand to take great photos. However, the case is so flexible that a corner of my phone often sticks out. In the middle of our trip, my son escaped from me, which resulted in the phone popping out of its case and crashing to the ground.
