Review on 📱 OtterBox Reflex Series Case for iPod touch 4th Gen: Ultimate Protection in Black Plastic/Black Silicone by Aaron Ward

Purchased for my son's iPod touch. Reason for 4 stars - broken case in my daughter's wallet. I don't know how it happened, but the iPod came out intact, which is primarily the purpose of the case. I would like to commend OtterBox for their excellent customer service. I went to the website and followed the warranty instructions, attached a picture and within a day I was contacted to say they no longer have the blue reflex case (hot pink only). Since the case was for my son, I explained that putting a pink case on an iPod would probably be more dangerous than having no case at all. The customer service representative was understanding and offered a black commuter suitcase as a replacement. Arrived within a week and I always trust OtterBox to support their products, which is a rarity in today's throwaway world. Thank you OtterBox.
