I like that it has many features to help with keeping track of employees, such as time sheets (which are very easy), attendance, leave requests and more! The system also makes tracking hours worked much easier than before because you can create timesheets right from your computer or mobile device without having to print them out first.

It's really great if there aren't too many people using one machine at once; otherwise things get slow sometimes when saving information about an employee. There isn't anything bad about this software by itself but some other programs don't have all these features so they're not worth looking into. If anyone wants something in-depth regarding HRMS systems then definitely use this program! We've been able to keep better records since we started using this product compared to our old spreadsheet method which was difficult to organize data.
