I have thick, medium length hair that needs time to dry. My other microfiber towels got lost and these looked like a good replacement so I decided to give them a try. They are very soft and plush to the touch. This makes it very comfortable to wear. They also do a good job of taking care of my hair. I've had other similar towels that were a total failure because they weren't strong enough to stay in my hair and they fell on me, blocked my view, or fell on my back and let go of bits of my hair. none of that with these. However, these towels really fall short when it comes to absorbency, which means it doesn't work for me. If I take it off "too soon" my hair is still wet and it starts dripping! I have to leave it on for at least 15-20 minutes so it leaves my hair damp but not drippy and I honestly don't like the idea of keeping my hair in a towel for so long, I find it uncomfortable. Maybe. If my hair was thinner I wouldn't have this problem, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with thick or long hair.
