They have a good concept of gluing the brackets to the wall with almost a mixture of silicone sealant and a plaster/mud like product. However, this does not work so well in practice. I've found that the brackets don't make contact with the wall when the screws are put in, so the caulk/putty can't do its job properly. Since the screws that attach the shelves to the brackets are soft plastic, they shouldn't be tightened either, as the screwdriver will start to cut out the middle. Failure to tighten these screws will result in wobbly shelves that cannot be perfectly straight or secure as the screws cannot be fully tightened. I'm also not a fan of turquoise on the edges of the shelves. There was a lot of criticism, but as they say, I let them work for a couple of months. Putty is painful to remove. This is a good option if you're looking for something temporary or can find ways to bypass what I mentioned.
