As you can see from the photo, the metal end of the belt is misplaced - crooked. It seems like a small thing until you try to use the belt and it takes effort to fasten let alone unfasten it. Unfortunately, I didn't remove the band to use it until after the return date had passed. Who would have thought it was possible to mess up something as simple as a D-ring belt, but they did it!
