Disappointed with the accessories

I used to have PopSockets and loved them. You can imagine my disappointment when I receive my new device only to find it in poor condition after taking it out of the new box. The plastic covering the adhesive was half-raised. The glue itself was clogged with dirt or some other substance stuck to it. So terribly disappointed.
