My wife and I have one and have used it twice since Christmas 2014. In any case, we received at least 3 smartphone top-ups from each. It is nice that you can charge two devices at the same time. Checking the Pwr+ charge is easy and fairly accurate. Charging the Pwr+ was a bit tricky the first time as it appears to be fully charged, instead of all 4 lights being on all the time the 4th light will flash when fully charged. A short connection line from Pwr+ to a smartphone is convenient and doesn't require many extra cables to get in the way. I just slip my Pwr+ and connected phone into my jacket pocket while charging on the go. The charging and recharging time was not long at all. The only problem is that when you use the Pwr+ while charging the smartphone you have in your pocket, it can get warm. We are both very happy, as are all the other recipients we gave for Christmas. Very lucky to have.
