UPDATE: Seller provided a prepaid label. Repair and return took about 2 weeks. It had a power cord but was missing a few other supplied cords and wires which we returned with the unit. In general we are satisfied with the purchase. Received quickly BUT no network drivers installed. We cannot connect to the internet. I downloaded the drivers to the phone and downloaded the floppy disk, but the system doesn't allow you to run "unapproved" files without an internet connection. Goods received on Friday. Customer service is only available in MF 9-5, so send an email. I will update the rating depending on the answer.
