Does not clean deeply, only on the surface

I bought because the reviews said it would pull the deep blackheads from my skin. It doesn’t clean my pores deeply, but it does leave my skin feeling cleaner and it gets most of the gunk on the surface of my skin. However, it does not get all of my blackheads or white heads.
