These bags are made of less flexible plastic and require a lot more force to separate them along the holes. So if you separate them in the usual way, you end up with a lot of page-separated packages. I grab the bags in the middle like a rope and pull them aside so that the perforation breaks immediately. I can't do the splits, but it actually takes quite a bit of strength. Either that or you carefully check the perforations to make sure they're the only ones torn on every bag I use. Not what I need from a poop experience. You need to change either the perforation or the material of the pouch. I like the idea of a big roll, but I won't be buying any more of these.
