I feel like Goldilocks, I've bought so many (three) wrist rests and given up before I found this one. One was too wide; the other smelled bad etc. But the most important thing for me is that it stays where I put it. The first two palm rests promised to be non-slip, but they had a textured tread pattern on the bottom that slid all over my desk. My keyboard kept getting pushed out of alignment. All I wanted was a sticky silicone backing like my mouse pad. I found it with a wrist rest - it stays in place; it's soft but not too; it's just the right width; and has no chemical odor. This one is spot on!
