My first one showed up and broke when I tried it on my iPad 10.2 it broke. I tried returning it and ordering a new one but it would not arrive in time for the trip I was traveling on. I wrote my first review of my disappointment and a very accommodating support rep emailed me straight away offering to refund my money and send me a free replacement. The new one works great! My iPad is not going anywhere in Supercapture. Incredible customer service whenever you need help. I'm glad to know I just got a dud. It happens.
