It's very easy for me to get used to it. I have never used a nose ring only rivets and it was very easy to use. The diameter is perfect for my piercing! I actually accidentally put one of these in the wash so I ordered two more sets. I liked it very much! I think the only thing I would change is how the rainbow looks on "rainbow". When I had it in my nose it looked mostly green, not multicolored. That happens sometimes, so I've written it off as a factory item! 1000% recommended
