I find this product better than any other bag and it suits my needs perfectly. My shoulders appreciate it too! It is exactly as described and as beautiful as the pictures show. Don't let the size fool you, I had a large shoulder bag with lots of stuff because ALL the neat compartments could hold whatever I needed. It was also a pleasure to work with the company. I still love this little darling!
