Hard but no drop protection

Good solid case, covers most of the computer. Can be made a little more comfortable for mail around the edges to avoid breakage by simply moving and opening and closing the device. Does not protect against falls, only against scratches and small liquid splashes. Overall good for its purpose, would buy again.
