Light that is valuable to certain people

I'm still torn between 3 and 4 stars for this flashlight and I think the value of this flashlight depends on your shooting needs. If you need underwater lighting, this light can be very useful for you. If you don't need to submerge the light in water, I think there are better options for you. Firstly, the build quality of this light is actually quite good. Mainly plastic construction, but still feels quite solid. The control interface of this light is not fantastic. There is no screen. Light control is based on pressing a single button on the top of the flashlight or using a small cheap remote control. This remote is very similar to what you get with those cheap $10 garlands at Revain. This means that the quality of the remote control is not very good. However, perhaps this type of control was necessary so that this light could be submerged in water without additional research and development costs, in order to come up with a more elegant method and thus reduce costs. Despite being an RGB light, you are actually limited to only about 7 colors with some special effects modes. This lack of color choice is artificial as there are actually RGB LEDs in this light, capable of producing a wide range of colours. I find that having to choose between a one button control and a limited remote control limits your color choices. There's also no mobile app support, which means I believe there's no wifi or bluetooth scheme in this light OR the functionality is just disabled. I say this because there is an identical Pro version (around $25) of this light that offers a wide range of color outputs simply through the mobile app. So if you need a light that you can submerge underwater and are comfortable with a limited range of colors then this light could be a great option for you. However, if you don't need to submerge the light under water, I think there are better options that can give you full RGB color.

Pros
