I bought this nightgown thinking I could get good clothes for a little more quality. Not so! I tried it and it seemed ok, but I wasn't thrilled with it. The flannel material is thin and not soft. But what's the difference, as long as it's convenient. So I decided to keep it to myself and wash it to wear. Big mistake! I put it on and it was too small! I wear a size 10 so I bought the medium. The sleeves are so tight I can't move my arms! Not suitable for sleeping. That's why I wanted to return it. I received a return authorization and read the fine print. It must be in "new condition" and in the original packaging. The tags had to be removed to be washed, of course. I wrote to the company to see if they would accept a new but laundered item. They have not responded other than a robo email saying they received my message. Now I'm stuck with a nightgown I can't wear but I won't be sending it back because the fine print says they won't let me. my money back. UPDATE: I received an email from Caasual 21 confirming that they will not refund my money. I told them it was bad business not to support their products' shortcomings. You need to wash your clothes and don't expect them to shrink that badly. It seals me No more clothing from Revain vendors!
