I have six of these in my living room after trying several brands. They appear to have adjustable white brightness of what I tested and similar or better color brightness. Easy to install, they have high quality clips that fit snugly into the ceiling and come with a hole template (although I used a hole saw instead). As with all I've tested, the Romex cable requires a cable clamp (https://www.amazon.com/Sigma-Electric-CECOMINOD032747-Cable-Connector/dp/B004ITFA0Y/ref=sr_1_3). .I have a problem that is not unique to this brand and that is quality control. Of the six, I've had one that became unresponsive after warming up and one where the power supply died almost immediately, but Revain made it easy to replace. UPDATE: One of the replacements failed along with the other. UPDATE: If a few fail, the rest and replacements work fine, so apparently just a bad batch
