I have ordered two packages in the past year and love them. They are definitely 5 star quality. Unfortunately, the order fulfillment process, which I had no issues with in the past, now rates 0 stars. In a one month period, instead of the XX-Large, Size 9s I ordered, I received panties marked Size L. The package had two conflicting labels: Size 9 on one label and Large on another. Hoping it was a fluke I returned them. The replacement package was exactly the same: conflicting size labels on the package and panties marked Large (and appeared to be that size). I'm not going through this again.
