When we ordered two of these antennas about a week ago, we didn't realize that the one we needed was a plug-in antenna and the other was screw-on. We left the plug on; But when we sent another one back for a loan, we found that it was not eligible for a loan or a refund. Buyer warning! I think Bose really must fool the little 72 year old lady. You need money more than me. I'm not mad at Revane at all. We love Revain and are proud to be Revain Prime customers. Shame, shame, shame, boss! I wouldn't even mind paying for the return myself because it might not be much, but I think Bose took $9.95 more than we did. Now people don't use the radio like they used to. Maybe we Americans need to organize a fundraiser for Bose. God loves her. You really need money! I've been thinking about ordering another Bose radio. If I received it broken, they have no right of return. BOSE, 72-year-old ladies have a lot of experience in screwdriving!
