Received my topper today. I rolled it on the mattress and wasn't very happy. I like the product but am disappointed. It seems very comfortable and is exactly what I was hoping for, but it's dirty and there are holes/tears at the corners, not to mention ripped parts. Maybe it was a return? Fingerprint-like smudges are visible from above. So do I just have to take care of the product now or do I send it back and wait for it to arrive and then get a replacement? Lost time. This could well have been an accident but I was disappointed as I had to use this to visit guests.
