Review on 🦶 Optimized Ankle Brace Straps - McDavid Level by Rodney Gonzalez

Ordered this based on the reviews I have read and I agree with most of the comments. This orthosis offers excellent support. I sprained my ankle playing basketball outdoors about three weeks ago and ordered a brace to help with recovery and continue playing. I've played three times a week for the last two weeks and never thought about my ankle. In fact, as a preventive measure, I'm ordering a second one for my other ankle. On the other hand, (very light) velcro can be impractical. I noticed this morning that the laces are fraying from contact with velcro in my gym bag etc. In terms of fit, I wear a 10-10.5 and ordered a medium size. It's a snug fit, but I didn't have to change socks or shoes to accommodate the brace. After playing a few games trying to hack it, I didn't even notice it was on. I wear long socks so I haven't cut my ankles, but I would recommend trimming the tongues to reduce this effect. Overall this is a quality brace that offers excellent support for minor injuries and I think it represents good value for the money.
