Review on Sendcloud by Phil Morales

We like that we can track each shipment from pick up to delivery. This is extremely helpful when we have multiple shipments at once. You can see an update on your shipment every step of the way. It's also easy to send out invoices or receipts with our account manager. There isn't much I dislike about this software, but it would be nice if you could create different types of email notifications for different situations. For example, the tracking number might not show up in the notification, but the invoice does. We've been able to eliminate so many manual processes by sending everything through SendCloud.
