Great until shoulder strap broke
Had this for about 3 months and was really satisfied until the fabric tab that holds the metal ring (which the shoulder strap hooks to) ripped. The fabric was at the base of the zipper, so the zipper came off the tracks and now my bag no longer zips. Canโt recommend, as I reported issues to company and never received a response.
- Bought as a gift, but she says she likes it
- No extra external pockets for easy access to frequently used items
