I bought them in red and silver. I expected that they would come folded and that they would have to be separated and fluffed up. I didn't want to waste time folding tissue paper so this was a great shortcut. It took about 10 minutes for each pompom to separate and fluff up. I was gentle because I didn't want too much fabric to tear. It wasn't difficult at all and I think they turned out really cute. Each pom pom is about 8 inches in diameter, but it really depends on how tight or stretched you want them to be fluffy. Delivery was quick, no complaints here.
