UPDATE 11/09/2017: All my outdoor lights have at least 1 bad (flickering) LED. The lights I put on the car are still fine, but they're obviously being used less. I still have 4 in the box of 10 that I ordered but if they go bad I won't be buying them again. OEM bulbs lasted 6 years. These lasted 1 year. My search for a quality LED replacement continues. Pros: 1. Outstanding value and quality. Cheaper than replacing tungsten at my local auto parts store. Cons: 1. Too blue for my taste. As parking lights they were a great contrast to my halogen headlights and added to a custom/aftermarket look that I didn't like. I know that many "white" LEDs have a blue cast and didn't bother me at first, but after a few days I got fed up with it. (See photo). They will match HID or LED headlights better.2. Much too long. They are longer than a standard tungsten bulb and too long for some applications in my car. Although they list dimensions, I didn't take apart my micrometer to measure an old lightbulb and didn't realize that 1/8 inch would be a factor. Judging by the photos on Amazon, they are the same size. You are not. This may not be a problem for your application, but be careful. (see photo)3. Too bright (for some applications). Sounds like an odd thing to complain about, but if they really matched the license plate light bezels (they were too long), they would be too bright. These wedge lamps are also commonly used behind a dash or dash. I wouldn't recommend them for that either.
