When it comes to socks, I've always been a budget conscious shopper. I figured I was going to use them up so quickly anyway, why spend more than I absolutely need? But they changed my world of socks. I've never really thought about whether my socks are really comfortable - it's a thin layer of fabric on the leg; how much can you really expect? But they are noticeably more comfortable than cheap socks. And they are really resistant to heel and toe wear. And they are made in the US by people who are not slaves and are said to live on living wages. And they come in fun colors. I'm a complete novice. And for $15 each, they moved into the "You can buy me this as a gift" category, which greatly eased my relatives' Christmas shopping woes.
