Very easy to set up. The app was easy to find and download on my Samsung J7 phone. This watch was a lot easier to set up than my old Fitbit. What a nice surprise to keep finding so many nice features. I love the fact that I can change the watch face to so many options. Pink is not my favorite color but this watch looks really beautiful. The sleep monitor is easy to read. Blood pressure readings are excellent during exercise. The workout options make it easy to switch from jogging to running, cycling, exercising, etc. For today's gardening, I found it helpful to have the temperature on the watch face. Now all I have to do is go back to Amazon and find the right men's watch for my husband.
