CeraVe is a highly recommended and pretty good brand for people with sensitive skin. I have oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin, so my routines are pretty simple. I've been using a foaming cleanser, vitamin C and daily moisturizer for a long time and decided to try this set. I was very impressed with the PM moisturizer, it was gentle when combined with the retinol/adapalene application and the well 'dried' skin felt really hydrated without being greasy or oily. I've been buying this for over a year now and would recommend it to anyone with a similar skin type. But this AM just didn't work with my skin. I tried this for 4 weeks and figured my skin just needed to adjust. Had trouble applying, felt like I had to rub excessively to allow my skin to absorb, saw an increase in breakouts, maybe the product or maybe because I was worried about how oily/greasy my skin looked during the day . Eventually I had to stop. In the morning I switched back to CeraVe Daily Moisturizer with a new mineral/chemical sunscreen and it worked immediately. Again, CeraVe has some really good products, but AM isn't for skin like mine.
