On the whole these mounts were pretty basic and I wasn't looking for anything else for institutional use. I seem to value unit cost more than quality, and I often pay the cons difference. It happened here again. The mounting hardware that came with it was completely useless to me. It comes with a bridle ring, which I couldn't use due to alignment issues, and the 8/32 bolts commonly used as mounting hardware were metric. However, my job (maintaining the premises) requires a workshop and I was able to find parts to install the bracket in the junction box. I cannot recommend this particular device (unless you are willing and able to spend 40 minutes installing it).
