Here's the thing: You all complain that it's not enough. good goods; instructions are bad. Just pump out a drop; enough to smear under the eye and the outer corner of the eye. Apply twice a day. Apply before moisturizer, you're right about that, it dries quickly. I use it and then my eye roller after it dries.
