The brightness and coloring of these lights is exactly what I was looking for - not too dull, not too yellow, not too white. Unfortunately, if you unplug them and plug them back in, they default to "random mode" where they do all the lighting functions - strobe, blink, chaos, etc. I'd like them to be on by default, always a lot. more sense. This isn't a problem if you just want to use the remote to turn them on and off as you can set the mode you want and then turn them off with the remote and when you turn them back on they'll be in the same mode. However, I plug my lightbulbs into smart plugs so I can turn them on and off with a light switch over Wi-Fi, and I don't turn on all my lightbulbs individually so they just don't work. It's so frustrating because it's impossible to find LED flash lights with the right color and brightness. I wish this company would offer an easier option by just having the LED flashing lights on all the time.
