We got these when my daughter was 5.5kg and I knew I wouldn't be able to use them until later, but I washed them and tried them on and on anyway my surprise, it fits perfectly. It's soft and light and the fabric seems to be of decent quality. I've seen some reviews of it curling up when the baby tries to raise his arms and I'll get to my feet and say those reviewers may not swaddle tight enough, this has never happened to us (and our daughter is a fighter). and that's because she wasn't even the minimum weight. Daughter didn't even sleep 3 hours straight and now sleeps 6 to 8 hours straight. We wrapped the blanket and it was so hard to turn it over and put the blanket under it and which is not easy.
