The lights are nice and bright and they fit well in my tea light candle holders. The wave style is pretty. That being said they continually change color. There is no setting to do all red, all white, etc. They rotate through the colors (7 colors I think but I didn't count them) individually not all together. So if you're looking for a continuous random color changing lights these would be great. I was however, hoping to "burn" them all white like an actual candle, but they are more like string lights. They don't flicker at all even though the description says they do. The remote timer works but I won't use it. It is useful in turning them off and on, especially if they are hard to reach, but they turn off and on 2 and 3 at time, not all together.
