The platform makes it easy for my team of SOC engineers (both internal and external) to be able to view all log data as well as perform analysis against those logs. It's also very user friendly meaning I'm not spending hours training employees how to navigate or utilize this software! There are some features we'd like but haven't been given an ETA yet such as alerts/notifications when new events occur which could potentially help us identify issues quicker, however they said these would come at "some point" so there may still be more improvements before then? If you want something simple & quick make sure your staff has enough knowledge about using computer systems / networks etc, our support people were quite helpful initially though after 2-3 months their assistance waned somewhat - probably due to lack of experience amongst other things.
