As you know, losing a loved one is a very hard thing to go through tragedy. My great grandfather was cremated and I ordered this necklace for my mother, myself and four daughters. I received it quickly but it took me a month to actually transfer the ashes into her because it was so emotional but when I did and we were able to wrap a small piece of it around our necks it was perfect. I strongly recommend ordering this necklace. It wasn't difficult, you just had to squeeze the funnel to get the ashes. Do this over a piece of paper so anything that falls out can be easily transferred back into the urn.
