No complaints, I recommend to buy.

Only sit if clothed; synthetic leather causes immediate perspiration.
In favor are:
Quick and simple to put together, and it won't come undone. In general, it's really relaxing.
The negatives:
When you sit down, the chair leans forward ever-so-slightly. Although it is not explicitly stated, the back is not adjustable.
