Fast charge. I like that they are rechargeable. The motion detector does not stay on for more than a few seconds. I don't know if I have to move right in front of it all the time or something, but I bought them for closets where I wouldn't move. I bought it for a dark corner in my front door and it lights up for a few seconds but it doesn't help me see clearly when trying to sweep the floor in that area. It would work if the light stayed on, but the sensor wouldn't detect that I was still sweeping.
