Gorgeous and worth every penny!
I bought this for "my girls" for an upcoming wedding to wear over dresses. Unfortunately I had to return it as the color is listed as royal blue but it appears to be purple. A well designed raincoat and the cost was amazing. My package arrived faster than expected. I had no problems returning the product.
