The biggest problem with this product is the absolute lack of information on how to operate the system. A little advice is included with the product, and because the product is so new, there are no user reviews on the internet yet. Charging and port swapping is easy enough for convenience, but get ready to start tapping on headsets (left and right change / differ installed features). I still don't know how to even skip a song.
